'Tween Clothes/Petite women sizes
I can agree to the extent of NOT wanting my 9 year old niece wearing a low-rise jean showing off a thong in the back, or even wearing a padded push-up bra when she doesn't have anything to ''push-up'' nor should have the inclination to do so, even if she wasn't ''in-training''....
