Did you people WATCH the debate at ALL!?!?!?!I saw a strong confident woman who is ready to be Vice-Prez. I saw a Senator who became all FLUSTERED when his time was getting close to ending. He CHOKED up! He misspoke and stated the exact opposite of what he meant to say!! Hello---THAT is a MAJOR BLUNDER/FLUB!!!! If there are many more like ...

  • The Big Bailout...Ha!

There is no need for a bailout of the bank when we can bail them out through tax payer spending...heres how: America has fought hard to become an independent nation and a leader in innovation, so how can we fix our current economic downtrend efficiently? Some seem to think that throwing money at the corporations who failed us is the answer…we all ...

  • Worst Candidate ALWAYS Wins U.S. Elections

Looking back on United States Presidential Election History, I have concluded that the WORST Candidate ALWAYS Wins the Election for the U.S. Presidency. I could cite all the examples, such as Wendel Wilkie, Adlai Stevenson, Richard Nixon, Michael Dukakis, Al Gore and George H. Walker Bush (Senior) along with George W. Bush (Junior); but you get ...

  • Professional Journalism

I know you are professional journalists. A profession is a fancy Latin term for the way you express your belief in the one true God as you understand him. Mr. Webster describes profession as the act of taking the vows of a religious community, or: an act of openly declaring or publicly claiming a belief or faith: an avowed religious faith a: a ...

  • What the dems need to be talking about

Mr. McCain says the reason he is running negative and false ads is that he did not get the debates he wants and the trip to Iraq with Senator Obama that he wants. That puts him in the same group with 2 year olds. Do you want a two year old to be president? It also says this is the way he is going to be with congress if he does get elected. That ...

  • Re: An Alaskan's Opinion

Manfromv - In general, I agree totally with your analysis but feel that I must provide some clarification on some of the issues in question: Sarah Palin's Alaska approval rating was 80% several years ago when she first won the Governship, but polls taken less than a month ago show that it had dipped down to around 60%... and was still falling. ...

  • Re: I am not a Republican

I'm not sure this post is directed towards me, but I will answer it anyway. I'm listed as an independent, and tend to vote the candidate and the issues rather than along blanket party lines.

  • Re: Obama the Equivocator

Ladies and gentlemen, may I present the worst America has to offer: AMA2002, irvingchang, and Guggah. Cryptoracist (and blatantly racist), lying, and fallacious. To think that they get to vote in this country.

  • Unless you are in a Diebold Precinct

This list overlooks the numerous diebold/premier voting machine vulnerabilities. The Princeton computer science department successfully hacked a diebold machine and transferred votes from one candidate to another. Diebold's response was to complain that the study ''violated terms and conditions of use''. Watch for Kirk/Spock in '08.

  • Re: Is The Media Bias? Here is Evidence of Bias

Media bias is a perceived notion that certain press has and is pushing a viewpoint, instead of reporting news or airing programs in an objective way. That is the way I see it. Such bias often refers to media as a whole, such as a newspaper chain, or a given television or radio network, instead of individual reporters or writers of television ...
