  • Simple ... pardon them all!!!

There is no problem... give them all a pardon and release them. They all have suffered enough with the torture and being held like animals. Release them and be done with it. Turn Bush and Chaney over to the war crimes tribunal that will be formed soon and that recent history of the US can be put behind us so that we can look to the future. ...

  • Well, That's Good News for Dems and Catholics Both

I did not need to read this article, to take immediate notice when 1) Gov. Casey's Son spoke at the Democratic Convention this year, in contrast to the first Bill Clinton Convention in 1992; and 2) Joe Biden was picked to join this 2008 Ticket with Obama. Both were welcome developments to me, and I have the sensitivities on these pro-Abort ...

  • Amazing that Americans Have This Discussion

Having studied American civics in grade school and high school, and having my doubts that Bush Cheney or anyone else in our current White House similarly learned about American history, traditions, institutions and law, it continually amazes me that this Bush Cheney Presidency has run riot so egregiously. Congress? Lay down. The Courts? Lay ...

  • Great Review of Some Important Books . . .

    . . . Terrorism and Democracy ...

  • Why Bring Yahweh into This?

It was a splendid little article until Dahlia brought Yahweh into this. God did not authorize CIA operatives or their contracted specialists to waterboard those three human beings- George Bush did. Perhaps her cynical religious sentiment makes Dahlia's notion of God to be a whimsical doubletalker, but that's rabbinical artistic license. God ...

  • Why I'm an American in Exile...

On June 13th, 2007, I received a death threat from someone claiming to be a member of the US Intelligence community. What was my ''crime''? I blew the whistle on the election fraud of 2004. Why did the CIA feel threatened by this? Because I revealed how they smuggled cocaine into the US using a front company called ''Skyway Communications''. ...

  • I think Thomas is right

You really are a troll. Let's see, Texas is 1 or 2 in drop out rate. 1 or 2 in teenage pregnancy rate. 1 or 2 in poverty rate. The point is that, unlike you , I don't need to make things up to make a point. Houston is still a dangerous city and Texas has a very high violent crime rate when compared to other places.
