  • A constitutional right to education?

    Some prominent education reformers, including scholars at Berkeley and Columbia, have recently been talking up the idea of pushing for a constitutional right to education. Others have expressed concerns about such efforts (see http://ssrn.com/abstract=1094072). What do people think of pursuing this avenue?
