I used to live there and I see a difficult problem. The City is one of the poorest in the Country. The poor in the city are majority Black. they go to schools that are for the most part crap. The city population is about 50/50. The fire department and cops are 90% white. The higher-ups in the departments are 99% white. There has been a history of ...
