Cosby isn't the only black saying the same
Chris Rock backs up the fact that more effort has to be put out when you're down and out. If the choice is $100 sneakers and using same money to open a checking account, the choice should be obvious. You can complain all you want when you're down and out. The first step is admitting the problem. But the HARDER STEPS are solving the problem.
