Who said, "Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer"
I agree that during the campaign she was remarkably racist and sexist. Both are incredibly manipulative. She is fantasic at what she does though, and brilliant. I think a lot of the abuse they ground through from the a holes of the GOP all those years made them who they are. They had to adopt an ''if you can't beat em, join em.'' I do love them ...

Worst Candidate ALWAYS Wins U.S. Elections
Looking back on United States Presidential Election History, I have concluded that the WORST Candidate ALWAYS Wins the Election for the U.S. Presidency. I could cite all the examples, such as Wendel Wilkie, Adlai Stevenson, Richard Nixon, Michael Dukakis, Al Gore and George H. Walker Bush (Senior) along with George W. Bush (Junior); but you get ...

The Audacity of Accomplishment!
Among the many political advantages that Sarah Palin’s candidacy brings to the table is that her mere presence will inevitably invite all too predictable and insulting Barrack-attacks from Democrats, such as the patronizing and politically self-destructive comment made today by none other than Barrack Obama on “60 Minutes.” Obama condescendingly ...

Franken on the Hill
Before we rebuild another country we need to clean our own house. By that I mean send career politicians packing, rather they be republican, democrat or an independent. Sorry this means Ted Kennedy needs to go home and fight his cancer and Oklahoma's Istook needs to return to mopping floors at the radio station. There could be worse things to ...

Where is the sexism?
While I think the white priest was excoriated for an inappropriate (and I think pandering) performance during a Sunday morning sermon(?), I believe the attribution was correct. It should have been presented on Saturday Night Live or have been the second in a new series, The Eleventh Hour. Ms. Clinton's early, apparently solitary claim to the ...

Obama should quite? NOT!!!
I don't beleive that there is any reason that Obama should quite or even be asked to quit. He is the best choice for the Democratic party and the only chance we have of beating McCain in November. Just because HRC has an agenda of her own which has no concern for either the Democratic party or the American people which stops her from pulling out ...

Oh Hitchens, Off the Reservation Again, Are We?
Hilary Clinton will make a great President, and it is only a matter of time now before that happens. I speak as the American who picked both her and Ronald Reagan for the job, so I think I know what I am talking about. Supporters of Obama and McCain will just have to get used to my choice of Hilary for President, just as I have had to accommodate ...

"astute"?
''astute''? Those comments might get her a C in a junior college, but that's not the Oxford definition of the word. So Chelsea Clinton doesn't agree with all of Morgan's, I don't know, 10,000 points. ''Well, I agree with some of your points...'' is a tired college prevarication that indicates bullshit is about to be shoveled. I bet even Morgan ...

Dem Popular Vote: Wow . . . it's real close!
7,374,222 7,374,222 So, I was complaining about the lack of data on total vote counts from yesterday's primaries. Using CNN's up to date numbers, I did it myself. Note that not all precincts are in, but generally states have reported 90+ percent (most in the high 90s). So, as of now, where we are in Feb. 5 caucus goer and voter ...

Right Wings posing as pro Obama anti Clinton
Republicans are fueling and overloading the media with anti Clinton propaganda. Talking to one GOP member who's in the know, he stated that it would be in the GOP's best interest to join Obama's foray into anti-Clinton rhetoric. Why? Because they believe the Clintons are much more difficult to criticise than Obama. The Clintons are a much more ...
