Re: eating less WON'T help you lose weight
I agree with you Jed. Eat less could not be helpful to lose weight. It is the lifestyle works in people's overweight. I have recently read a blog at largeplace.com about this book. They also don't agree with what the writer said. Overweight is not only connect with eat and exercise .
