Obama's healthcare
Obama is long on rhetoric because it looks like he will accomplish very little in overhauling the health care system. Like Clinton he will simply move on to other things.

Massachusetts health care
So much for the Massachusetts universal health care program. It didn't work in Mass and it won't work for all of the US. Obama will not bring health care under control during his terms.
