WOMEN DON'T WASTE YOUR VOTE ON MCCAIN
As a liberal white woman, a feminist since the ‘60’s, and a grandmother, there are things I deeply resent about Sarah Palin’s candidacy and the way the Republicans are representing Gov Palin, the radical religious right, and the Republican Party as a force for the progress of women: * All of a sudden, Republicans and the radical ...

A Cabinet Post for Hillary?
Hey, I'm as disappointed as any of you Hillary supporters that she isn't the nominee of the Democrats. But I'm over it and ready to look ahead. It's time to get behind Obama and get the Bush Bums out of the White House! PUMA? Get real. The only ones who are benefiting from the likes of you all are the Republicans. Nothing says ''weak'' better than ...

Re: Hillary as VP
I think it may be a good choice for Obama to pick Hillary. She has a very strong and motivated base. Biden? Too much of a Washington insider. There is this online poll that is live that has some troubling numbers for Obama. Leading into the convention, it looks like there may be a ''Hillary Effect'' going on. http://www.bop-o-ram.com A lot ...

Re: Obama and Hillary...
Maybe it is time for the conventions to open up their formats so more people would actually watch them instead of political junkies like me. In an earlier post I was thinking having a stand-up comedy night might help, or, a roast could liven things up. Certainly some live entertainment. I like Cher. I know The Daily Show will be covering things ...

Put Obama on the spot with his lies-Part 2
Obama's 76 lies and counting.... 1.) Selma Got Me Born - LIAR, your parents felt safe enough to have you in 1961 - Selma had no effect on your birth, as Selma was in 1965. Source: hotair.com 2.) Father Was A Goat Herder - LIAR, he was a privileged, well educated youth, who went on to work with the Kenyan Government. 3.) Father Was A Proud ...

Hostage
Is Sen. Obama going to be held hostage by the HRC and her supporters because she lost the race fair and square? - without all that convoluted math about her winning the most popular votes - I am still scratching my head over that ploy and how anyone would fall for that. I am a 59 year old white female accountant and I could just never get into ...

If it's Sebelius she'll be weaker running for pres later
If you really think that Hillary shouldn't run again AND if you want a woman at the top of the ticket for the White House later, then being the #2 on a ''movement ticket'' undermines Sebelius' very real strengths as a female candidate. She wouldn't be riding on the coat tails of ANY man if she runs in 2012 or 2016 instead of or against ...

The Five Stages of Grief
A friend just showed me a clay-motion rendition of the 5 stages of Grief they found hilarious (from robot chicken on adult swim). Watching this i thought back to behavioural sciences classes, and found an amazing amount of similarity between this and the feelings that the Die Hard Hillary supporters (and indeed Hillary herself) have been ...
