While watching the finale with some friends and one of my teenaged sons, the first half hour seemed interminable. We were all waiting, waiting for something violent to happen. I was struck by the palpable release of tension, the exhilaration - after we finally got it; the grisley scene where Phil was shot and then run over with his own car. ...
