Dear Mr. Jennings, Hah, at least we agree (given my first impression, anyway) on ''Chestnuts''. :) Glad you had published a Tuesday Treat rather than (had it been ''Chestnuts'') I would have called, quite independently and infamously, Tuesday Tripe. But I'm very sorry to read that you didn't intend ''Chestnuts'' or others to be published online. ...

Rewriting Edison Jennings' "Apple Economics" as a Limerick
Unless this poem is 10 years old, I would suggest that Edison Jennings (I love that name, it is poetic) find a better grocer. The Safeway where I shop carries a wide selection and Red Deliceous are a minority. Pink Ladies, Jonagolds, Fujis, Braeburns, Granny Smiths and others have elbowed the RD's for prime space in the produce aisle. In ...
