Eating My Words About Clark Rockefeller
Meghan, why should you apologise for something you never wrote. Your original comments used the Clark Rockefeller as a leaping off point, but you did not express sympathy for Clark Rockefeller. If you look at your own words, you said ''I confess the whole saga has got me feeling a lot of empathy for all the divorced fathers out there who find ...

How Radovan Karadzic Helped Cause 9/11
It may not seem a reasonable assumption that an orthodox Chritsian, ex-doctor,failed poet and newly minted alternative medicine practitioner may have been a factor in the 9/11 attacks but his was one of the reasons behind the Jihadi resurgence in Europe and the radicalization of a generation of western born Muslims. Karadzic was ...

You cannot use time out in NJ DDD programs
I joined just to reply to this because most people do not understand that a time out is considered a Human Rights violation when you are working with developmentally disabled people and put them in a time out. There is a certain level of understanding that is required for a time out to work. And, like it or not, it's punishment and a punishment ...

China's People's Daily Punks Obama
http://english.people.com.cn/90001/90780/91343/6430967.html Selected quotes: ''So his rise has not done away with privileges for the white Americans but reinforces their privileges on the contrary.'' ''It seems that Obama is more able to meet a psychological demand of the general public for social change. Turbulent prospects, a face-off between ...

Re: All I can say is "Yuck!"
Hmm... Isn't there a word for making judgments and decisions about things before knowing what you're actually talking about? Juvenile is also accurate. So, I can only guess that you are a virgin who has no interest in ever having sex, or if you do, will strictly cut yourself off at say 60 or so...no exceptions. Guess your wife will just have ...

Son was WAY wrong
The reaction of the son truly makes me sick to my stomach. The emotional, mental, and physical health benefits that both were having as a result of their relationship were amazing. The son's fear of losing an inheritance seems like an accurate one ... how else could someone be so ruthlessly unkind to a father, and a woman who loves him? My ...

News Flash: Christopher Hitchens Seeks Catholic Confessional
I was surprised to read Christopher Hitchens today, riding high on his moral horse as to the political, cultural and economic predations of Maximum Leader Robert Mugabe in his current Country of Residence, Zimbabwe. What people like Hitchens never seem to understand, is that morality is never just for other people, or leaders, or religious types. ...

"sex and the city" : a post-modern review
for the ultimate post-modern hypertext review of 'Sex and the City,' one that avoids the cliches of all the other reviews (e.g., too much on fashion, who can afford to live that way, blah blah blah) see sexagenarian07.wordpress.com from the witty blog ''Sexagenarian and the City,'' written by a 61-year-old manhattan woman who met her beshert ...

Popery
One of my 1st memories, after the attack on Pearl Harbor, was a parish priest preaching a sermon on the Vatican's treaty with Italy's Fasciasts & how it helped the RC' minister to a war torn world. The church was in the Arcdioces of Cincinasty. The Archbishop was an avid analiguist for & to Pius 12. He even named a high school for ...
