Hitch On Helms like White on Rice
Gee Hitchens, why don't you and the Queen of England tell us how you really felt about that North Carolinian champion Senator Jesse Helms? I did not know him very well, living in the Midwest among Chicago Democrats and Suburban ''Collar County'' Repubs early in life, and then moving to New England, where both the Democrats and the Republicans have ...

SICK OF OBAMA NAME AND ACTIONS
What a heartbreak for the intelligent, well educated, classy, lovely people in our country to see Hillary Clinton not be our nominee. How sad, to see our country eaten up by the MSNBC AND CNN nasties, and show favoritism for someone who will not be able to give our country peace and prosperity like Hillary Clinton would. The world is once ...

It's a bit more nuanced
I do not believe that Hillary lost because of sexism, and I'm a Obama supporter anyway. But was their sexism against Hillary? Without a doubt. Hitchens, like usual, makes some good points. Unlike the racial divide, there are some fundamental biological differences between male and female. Some of these make one gender better at some things than ...

Hitchens and Women
It's ironic that Hitchens, who penned ''Women Aren't Funny'' appointed himself a pundit on the topic of when misogyny doesn't exist. Hello! Hitchens? The fact that mosquitoes don't bite you does not prove they're mythical! You're hardly in a position to discuss the topic of sexism (or lack of same) with any authority at all. That said, although ...

Hostage
Is Sen. Obama going to be held hostage by the HRC and her supporters because she lost the race fair and square? - without all that convoluted math about her winning the most popular votes - I am still scratching my head over that ploy and how anyone would fall for that. I am a 59 year old white female accountant and I could just never get into ...

If it's Sebelius she'll be weaker running for pres later
If you really think that Hillary shouldn't run again AND if you want a woman at the top of the ticket for the White House later, then being the #2 on a ''movement ticket'' undermines Sebelius' very real strengths as a female candidate. She wouldn't be riding on the coat tails of ANY man if she runs in 2012 or 2016 instead of or against ...

The Five Stages of Grief
A friend just showed me a clay-motion rendition of the 5 stages of Grief they found hilarious (from robot chicken on adult swim). Watching this i thought back to behavioural sciences classes, and found an amazing amount of similarity between this and the feelings that the Die Hard Hillary supporters (and indeed Hillary herself) have been ...
