Franken on the Hill
Before we rebuild another country we need to clean our own house. By that I mean send career politicians packing, rather they be republican, democrat or an independent. Sorry this means Ted Kennedy needs to go home and fight his cancer and Oklahoma's Istook needs to return to mopping floors at the radio station. There could be worse things to ...

The case for intervention in Burma
It is simply incomprehensible why the rest of the world inluding the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon are pleading helplessness to rescue the millions of cyclone-affected Myanmarese . It is even more a mystery why God's own messenger-President Bush- who intervened in Iraq because God told him to do so, has not received any similar signal so far.
