Used It This Weekend - Great Cookbook
I just used this cookbook this weekend. I love collecting and cooking from all kinds of cookbooks and recently bought this one to add to my collection. Re: Quorn products
Homemade Chickpea patties are pretty easy to make. There's lot of different recipes online, and most are vegan even. I've had success freezing/reheating them. They take a little longer to make, but they're way better than Quorn.
