I don't think it's happening that often now. After the EA Spouse thing, people realized what kind of hell the employees in the video games industry were going through, and the companies had to comply and change the policies around.

Not an accurate answer
Oy Vey! You blew it Prudie. Favoring one religious group of employees over another is discriminatory and it is prohibited by Federal and most state laws. Recently, in Arizona, the University of Phoenix paid a very large fine and has to account to the EEOC on other employment matters because its non-Mormon employees were being discriminated ...
