I've had that headache for some time now...
I live in an extremely rural part of the US where many counties still have ridiculous blue laws that prohibit the sale of alcohol. These laws never stop my neighbors from buying beer or hard liquor, as evidenced by the trash they leave beside the road on their way home from the county next door where liquor is readily available.
