  • The American Soul: A Killer

    After marvelling at No Country for Old Men, I read a review in Entertainment Weekly which shared my admiration. That movie and this quote from DH Lawrence seemed to encapsulate AN essence of America: The essential American soul is hard, isolate, stoic, and a killer.
