As a mother of 4 kids ages 7 and under, I understand the lack of will of kids to eat veggies. Invite them in...don't shut them out!
I am a firm believer that children who are involved in the cooking process are much more likely to eat their culinary creations, appreciate the textures and flavors of foods and have healthier bodies. I teach healthy cooking classes to children and help families plan healthy meals. I wrote about my response to Seinfeld's book on my blog.
