All over some vegetables? My goodness.
Start out the honest way. Raw veggies with low fat ranch dressing. Green beans with some butter and salt. And Broccoli. Is It OK To Lie To Your Kids (About Food)
While I agree it's not ok to lie to your kids (not even for nutrition's sake,) I must disagree with the writer on a couple of points. I have diabetes. When I bake I substitute unsweetened applesauce measure for measure for shortening (or unsweetened pumpkin or pureed prunes, depending on the desired color/texture/flavor of the finished goody.) ...

Mrs. Seinfeld and kid food
Mrs. Seinfeld has the same problem most parents have today....being the adult. Parents need to stop making their child's world devoid of anything that might cause of moment of displeasure. No child dies from eating a couple of bites of lima beans. For that matter they won't die if they can't watch TV because they won't eat vegetables.
