SICK OF OBAMA NAME AND ACTIONS
What a heartbreak for the intelligent, well educated, classy, lovely people in our country to see Hillary Clinton not be our nominee. How sad, to see our country eaten up by the MSNBC AND CNN nasties, and show favoritism for someone who will not be able to give our country peace and prosperity like Hillary Clinton would. The world is once ...

The worst thing?
Hillary, McCain and anyone else who believes that Obama's statements were derogatory are falling into a big trap. First of all, the people (almost all of us) do get very impatient and disgusted with the government and turn to whatever else of interest to vent frustrations. That's what Obama said, he did not undermine anyone for their positions ...

IRS eyes UCC over Obama's Hartford speech
IRS eyes UCC over Obama's Hartford speech The IRS said in the letter that it was concerned about articles posted on the church's Web site and on other sites stating that Obama had addressed nearly 10,000 people at the event. The agency also said Obama volunteers had staffed campaign tables ''outside the center to promote his campaign.'' ...

Re: What's in it for me!
Just saw a 60 Minutes interview with The American Savior.... his soul ''I have a set of gifts right now that I think could really move the country forward'' ''It's my job to offer myself... here's what I think I can do.'' http://cosmos.bcst.yahoo.com/up/player/popup/?rn=3906861&cl=6374507&ch=4227541&src=news sounds like Tom ...

Clintons are Pimping MSNBC
Obviously, Shuster didn't mean the Clintons were actual pimps. His use of the broadest metaphor is attacked? MSNBC should be rewarding him for his intellect and wit, not punishing him. The Clintons are pimping MSNBC. The Clintons saw the smallest opening to get at Shuster's Neanderthal boss without confronting Matthews directly. This ...

Why?
I still don't understand why Chelsea Clinton is getting this particular kind of attention. I've been conscious of election campaigns from JFK onwards and I've seen spouses and children appearing on behalf of candidates for all of them. I haven't ever heard of any of them being ''pimped out'' or ''dragged around'' on behalf of their candidate ...

Hardball Wannabe gets Dunked!
I'm not a fan of David Shuster so it's easy for me to say he had what was coming to him. However, if I thought he had been treated unfairly I would still defend the guy--I'm also a writer. The truth of the matter is that using the word ''pimp'' was inappropriate. Maybe journalists, among themselves, might use that lingo, but it was rather ...

Not buying it
I'm 40 - maybe that is ancient, but to me, a reference to pimping someone out is a reference to a whore, and there was no cause to call Chelsea a whore. She's fair game if she's stumping for her mom, no doubt, and I'd have no problem with it being pointed out that she was always kept under wraps and now the campaign is ''trotting her out'' for ...

well said
Considering that cable news is impoverished when it comes to good journalism, I find it difficult to comprehend how an event - which failed to register as anything at all when I was audience to it - can result in the loss of one of the best in the profession. Shuster has been a favorite of mine since his coverage of the Libby Trial, where he ...
