I lived in the UK for three years and used the NHS several times. There was little delay and even pescriptions cost only a pound. It could work for us.

insure undocumented?
My vote is to insure eveyone within reason. We can't have sick illegal aliens coming into this country just to get free health care. Check out how other National Health countries (like Canada, and the UK) handle this.

Canadian here. First of all, foreign-trained professionals have to be accredited in the province that they wish to work in before starting to practice. For many doctors from overseas, this can be an enormously frustrating process - at least in Ontario (where I live). Check out the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (www.cpso.on.ca) ...
