  • Mostly right, but a few precisely wrong

    After 30 years of a great marriage, I was surprised to see quite a number of phrases that work well. However, the phrase: ''Let's agree to disagree'', is a metaphoric ''Whatever''. It tends to be a cliché dismissal of the conversation. I have found this to not work, ever.
