Torture and the Al Qaeda-Iraq "Connection"
Would Mr. Hitchens be willing to acknowledge that some, if not all, of the ''pressure'' put on CIA operatives to torture may have come from Tenet, Cheney and Bush looking to ''find'' a connection between Saddam Hussein and Al Qaeda that would justify the Iraq War they were looking to start and which Mr. Hicthens so thoroughly supported?
