  • statutory rape?

    there's a case in CT right now of some 18 year old kid being prosecuted for having sex with his 15 year old girlfriend. CT law allows for sex with a minor when the difference in ages is 3 years or less; this kid is 3 years and 15 days older than his girlfriend.
