  • McCain's archaic feminism

    I keep looking for, but not finding, any reference to two oddly female-diminishing comments by McCain at the third debate. One being an aside that Palin's husband, ''Todd is a tough guy, too.'' What does THAT have to do with the price of pantyhose at the drugstore?! And did no one notice but me that McCain mentioned his wife by name a few times ...
