    As to what abortion regulations I personally think pass constitutional muster, generally neutral ones that are standard fare for medical procedures. Thus, you can require the doctor and medical staff are qualifed. You can require informed consent that is not just slanted. You can penalize malpractice and unsafe conditions. And, so forth. Many ...
