    This is an excellent point you are making. There is only so much that a study (and numbers) can say about the effectiveness of any program. While I am not denying the fact that TFA is not perfect, I think that a discussion of its strengths and weaknesses must include more than the one-dimensional perspective that any study provides - whether it is ...
