Look, very few people actually read their owners manual (as has been said many times here). The point of it having been said is that most people are not like you. Maybe there should be a separate PSA that tells people to read their manual. Really, though, there is a lot (I mean a lot) of information in the manual, and most of it will never be of ...

Where to begin...first of all, let me say that I am sorry Emily Bazelon was injured in the accident. I myself was in a car accident in 2003 and it is a dreadful experience, no matter the circumstances (I was not injured nearly to the degree she was, was driving, alone in the car, seat upright).
