Less of a fantasy: President John Edwards.

Superdelegates to the rescue
Perhaps the Democratic superdelegates should stay out of the tit for tat between the Obama supporters and the Clinton supporters... and vote for John Edwards. Seriously, if Obama supporters won't support Clinton if she is the nominee and if the Clinton supporters won't support Obama if he is the nominee...then neither should be the nominee. ...

He can't say he had the idea before Darren, but a friend of mine did basically the same thing in a bit over a week and beat Darren to the punch. www.mcnarney.com These proud parents were home for the holidays in Iowa and decided baby William should have his picture taken with each of the candidates. John and Elizabeth Edwards
I have liked John Edwards since I first saw him. For me, he doesn't come across as presidential; he doesn't come across as a slick lawyer. He comes across as a fella who has learned to operate in the ''fray'' of politics, but is not wallowing in that ''fray.''
