First of all, I would like to commend the journalist for his rightful love of wine and article. While I agree with all the positives about the 47 Cheval Blanc and Robert's perfect score (having tasted it myself), I cannot fully justify the title of ''Greatest wine ever made'' unless the 'ever' is replaced from the statement or a proviso is added. ...

Not bad, but...
An Oregon Pinot sounds good with Thanksgiving dinner, but like indie I'll be serving a wine from the Finger Lakes. You can't beat a great Finger Lakes Gewurztraminer (e.g. Dr. Frank's, Hermann Weimer) with Thanksgiving dinner. I'll be serving one toward the dry end of the semi-dries. And for the same price as a good bottle of Oregon Pinot I can ...
