Fair or Not - Municipal Governments Have a Long Way to Go
I think under Grutter v. Bollinger municipalities should figure something out. Whether fair or not, if the legislature does not try (at least) to enforce the Court's greater diversity rulings, we're back to the Brown v. Board problem.

Oliver Stone butchers Dickerson in W. (the movie)
I saw the preview of W. on the 10/9/08 episode of the Colbert Report (colbertnation.com or hulu.com). Not only did Stone cast an OLD man to play John, but he slaughtered John's words. His words.
