  • The Legacy of George Bush

The Legacy of George W Bush, A Collection of Conflicting Opinions ISBN-13 9781441455437 The debate over George W Bush is probably the most visceral debate of our century. There often seems to be no in between. Folks either love him or hate him. As we approach the inauguration of Barrack Obama, the internet has been bombarded with opinions ...

  • What? Cheney should run?

I don't know the writer of this article and I'm saying this just to make a point, not a personal attack but, you must be smokin' crack! I have been a registered Republican since I first voted which is quite a long time ago. I CHANGED my political affiliation to Independent in 2004 TO PROTEST what this administration had been doing the first 4 ...

  • Bush Redeems Himself - from Katrina, to Gustav

The main benefit of this new hurricane in the New Orleans, Louisiana area, if you can in any way couch this natural disaster redux in such terms, is that President Bush and the current Republican White House and Administration get to improve their performance. Already, Bush is on the ground and in charge. Our President has appeared on my ...

  • HORIZON?????

gee . . . I thought the ''horizon'' was the distant place where the sky and earth appear to meet and by physical definition impossible to ''reach'' . . . . unless you beleive the earth is flat.

  • Iran's Arsenal is Really Financial not Nuclear

The US isn't afraid of Iran's ''Nuclear Arsenal'' but rather their ''Finacial Arsenal''... Iran has begun an ''Oil Bank'' that has let the air out of the Dollar, creating the first steps of a finacial freefall for the US and anyone sticking to the Dollar as ''Oil Currency''; not my opinion, fact!!! Read the Tehran newspapers... Can you see the ...

  • Hitch, The Brits Started This Mess, Along With Reagan

Christopher Hitchens engages in breathtaking and broad stroke, decades long perspective in cataloguing the burning of world war through the 20th Century, from the beginnings of World War One through World War Two through to the conclusion of the Cold War, to the collapse of the Berlin Wall. Yet he dates this Iraqi Twin War Conflict only to 2003? ...

  • Democrats in Congress Failed Us All 8 Years

The Democrats and Democratic Party failed to stand up for what is right for the entire eight years of the Bush / Cheney White House misrule. They gave away our American two-party system; they gave away majority rule; they gave away our civil rights and bill of rights and civil liberties; they gave away the constitutional authority of the ...

  • Why I'm an American in Exile...

On June 13th, 2007, I received a death threat from someone claiming to be a member of the US Intelligence community. What was my ''crime''? I blew the whistle on the election fraud of 2004. Why did the CIA feel threatened by this? Because I revealed how they smuggled cocaine into the US using a front company called ''Skyway Communications''. ...

  • Re: How did this happen?

I don't think it is Bush hatred. People seem to believe that the origin of the War On Terror is our unflinching support of Israel. I think our first (unavoidable) mistake was enriching the Middle East with our oil money. Our best, long-term foreign policy is to make oil obsolete.

  • Stay the course, Bush

It's truly extraordinary that anyone can claim a sudden US withdrawal from Iraq is a good idea. Take this, for instance. A couple of days ago the Islamic State of Iraq (an umbrella group that includes al-Qaida) threatened ''severe war'' on Iran. ''We are giving the Persians, and especially the rulers of Iran, a two month period to end all kinds ...
