Re: Rights Slipping Away
I can't believe this! The government is getting way outta control. people need to take a stand. It's not about cheap burgers or alchol or smoking, it's about our right to do those things. What if they banned diamonds and flashy cars from rich people because of increased chance of robbery. Or they baneed certain vegitables and replaced them w/ ...

It will require far more guts than common sense might admit, but in the face of such draconian tactics, there appears no other ...

Re: I think there's a 12 step program that can help
Dear Nick_Danger: I do not deny that there are compulsive gamblers/gamers around. Any more than I can deny that there are problem drinkers. I myself do not drink, (well, OK....a magnum of red wine will last me 2 years or so.) But I am overly fond of potato chips, so I know (a bit) of the struggles that problem driners, (and compulsive gamblers ...

Inconsistent President
Mostly I think that this article would be accurate if one didn't view this in terms of the overall events that led to the conviction. In general, he is right. A president should have the same level of punishment as any other individual. But this is where the likenesses end. Clinton was being brought up for having sex outside of his marriage. ...
