People seem to forget the fact that the inhalers help her to BREATHE. Aside from the 100 free, breathing is NOT NECCESSARY for the 50 freestyle. (I always swim them as no-breathers.) In the time it takes to complete such an event, oxygen does not play a role anyway. Guess the author doesn't know the difference between aerobic and anaerobic. ...
