  • Re: McCain and Palin BARELY graduated college!

WoW. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It's amazing that Palin even got elected GOVERNOR never mind selected as VP! No wonder she doesn't know anything and they both seem fairly, um, well, unsophisticated (to be kind). I know who I'm voting for!

  • Re: McCain and Palin promote RAPE...bear with me......

Also, no comment on the other accusations? McCain did make a rape joke, did criticize Obama for trying to prevent kids from being molested, Palin does advocate banning abortion in cases of INCEST and RAPE (even incest and rape of a child, she specifically answers in regard to a 15 year old girl AND her own daughter). Come on here, am I ...

  • IT'S ALL ABOUT COLOR!

This presidential race is all about color! How easily we forget history! How quickly the hard lessons of the past are faded away. McCain and Palin's ''disagreement'' is nothing more than a tactic to steer those not able to think on their own, away from what is really happening. The color issue. Trust me...it's all about color. RED, ...

  • RE: Is Being Tolerant Acceptable?

On this issue last night both candidates agreed they did NOT support gay marriage - is seems to me that the Sarah Palin's of America are not the problem; there will always be the willfully ignorant in our society. I felt more anguish at being reminded by Joe Biden that so many of our politicians who know better still find it too politcally risky ...

  • Worst Candidate ALWAYS Wins U.S. Elections

Looking back on United States Presidential Election History, I have concluded that the WORST Candidate ALWAYS Wins the Election for the U.S. Presidency. I could cite all the examples, such as Wendel Wilkie, Adlai Stevenson, Richard Nixon, Michael Dukakis, Al Gore and George H. Walker Bush (Senior) along with George W. Bush (Junior); but you get ...

  • What DFW thought about McCain 08

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB121218708445533979.html?mod=googlenews_wsj McCain himself has obviously changed; his flipperoos and weaselings on Roe v. Wade, campaign finance, the toxicity of lobbyists, Iraq timetables, etc. are just some of what make him a less interesting, more depressing political figure now—for me, at least. It's ...

  • Democrats & Media make up your Mind!

Just a few days ago, you were decrying Sarah Palin as being “inexperienced”; “A Hockey Mom”; a wife and mother obviously too stupid to do the job; the mother of an engaged daughter too inept for the position of VP. Now after seeing Sarah Palin’s obvious accomplishments, experience and “lipstick Bull-Dog” gusto; in the light of day; you’re worried ...

  • Re: Palin disgraced herself

I completely agree with you! Now every republican is all of sudden happy to see a woman going for office? Hypocrites all around!!

  • Palin's got my attention - looking forward to October 2

Sometime during what seemed like a never-ending primary season, I decided that McCain and Obama's VP picks would ultimately determine my decision in the presidential election this year. After all, what I ultimately want in a President is someone whose decision-making abilities I trust. I take them both at their word when they say they love this ...

  • Bush Redeems Himself - from Katrina, to Gustav

The main benefit of this new hurricane in the New Orleans, Louisiana area, if you can in any way couch this natural disaster redux in such terms, is that President Bush and the current Republican White House and Administration get to improve their performance. Already, Bush is on the ground and in charge. Our President has appeared on my ...
