The incompetence that is prevalent in America is directly attributable to the marginalizing of middle age males. This vast pool of talent has been pushed aside to make room for the young elites who ‘know better’. The armies of fresh faced middle managers will try any idiotic idea at the drop of the hat under the banner of ‘change is good’, all the while discounting the vast wealth that the collective memory of the middle age male population represents. You see junior, ‘we’ve already tried your useless idea a half a dozen times and it didn’t work! And by the way, you are the third moron in the last five years that came up with your little scheme.’ America is stuck in a Dilbert Cartoon and the people that run things don’t even get why we are laughing at them. It is time to quit awarding jobs based on who people know and start awarding them based on what they know. It’s time that we demand accountability from the people at the top not just the bottom. If a high school student has to pass an exit exam in order to graduate, all the more that the people running our businesses and government should have to pass entrance exam before they are given a job. You can’t fix stupid, you have to strip it of any power. Eight year olds are not allowed to drive cars and stupid people should not be allowed to be in charge of anything, ever!

Make that European-American males. I've watched women take over, and what a mess they are making of our ability to produce wealth. Women have also taken over government. Same result. Environmental madness. An explosion of totally worthless regulation, political correctness, and psycho-babble. American companies have reached the breaking point in their ability to cope with liberal lunacy. We are witnessing the meltdown of a great nation and we are powerless to stop it until the hordes of baby boomers have turned to dust along with their sanctimony, their arrogance, their narcissism, their pigheaded refusal to face facts. How can anyone expect managers to produce results when the most powerful government in history is doing everything in its power to destroy companies, jobs, productivity, the ability to form enforceable private contracts, the right to private property, and the right of free association?
