I was reading in Time Magazine today that Spitzer signed into law last year, a statute that increases the punishment for convicted johns, from 3 months to 1 year in jail. It seems that Spitzer "screwed" himself.

Perhaps Martha Stewart will visit in the joint. She can give him crochet lessons. He would look stunning in a colorful poncho. I'm sure his cell mate will think it devine.

Spitzer has got to be the Wyle E. Coyote of politics. The anvil has dropped, and he is under it. Born into wealth and privledge, oh how the arrogant mighty has fallen.
