Spitzer violated his own state law!
by SlaterBait

Irony does NOT get better than this:

One of Spitzer's first acts as govenor was to push for a new anti-postitution law.

"And with his typical zeal, he embraced their push for new legislation, including a novel idea at its heart: Go after the men who seek out prostitutes."

Strictly speaking, the Feb. 13th event may not have been a state crime since it took place in D.C. It depends if the NY law outlawed the act or the solicitation.

No shit, Sherlock. Who's arguing that he didn't?
