the hatred that liberals hold for each other, the ferocity of the attacks in this internecine war are truly amazing. it is all par for the course though, a normal part of the liberal mindset that looks around the world and that the US is the vilest nation on earth, ever. and libs think only they can save it, when in reality the things they want to do are the same as what chavez did in venezuela. that is why liberals are so hysterical, they really think they are in hell. all a conservative like me can say is there has never been a time in history when many many things were not bad, and if you think things are bad now, you aint' seen nuthin' yet, as we get more diverse and people find they have less and less in common.

Where to even start with this? I guess with a reminder that, make no mistake...we do not actually hate each other. We all have strong opinions about whether Obama or Clinton is the better choice, and we are arguing about them fiercely, but we'll all be on the same side soon enough and we're coming for you. As much as I'm enjoying this primary campaign, and I am, even I am kind of anxious for it to end. No, not in the name of "unity" or stemming the supposed damage that will be done to the party if this unseemly disagreement continues. Mostly it's because I'm ready to fight the fight I've been waiting 4 years for.

Oh, and just so we're completely clear. No, the "liberal mindset" (note: for a group so engaged in internecine warfare, we are remarkably monolithic in our views, apparently...) is not that the US is the vilest (really? Is this a word? Can I get a ruling?) nation on earth. Quite the contrary, we think the US is the greatest nation on earth. We love it fiercely, and we want to make it better. We want to regain our moral authority, we want to protect our people, we even want to make sure that all of us, even our conservative adversaries, get a good education and we want to make it so that even you, Fenella, can be made literate...

but good luck on educating Fenella! I think he, Rep. King, Rush Limbaugh, and that idiot pastor who endorsed McCain should join arms in the wake as their sinking ship.
