Hanna, yes, her 10-point plans are always impressive, but she will never ever be able to get the coalition she needs to get these things passed. Though both Obama and Clinton tend to debate this as if health care reform were a given, it won't be in the general election. Obama has a bigger coalition, and his plan is more likely to get bipartisan support. She's got lots of good ideas; she lacks the political capital to get them done.
Also, I don't think the analogy between health care reform and social security worked. Why do we have to have comprehensive health care all at once? It may make her plan "better" in the minds of some, but it also makes the plan harder to push through congress. Again, I point to the fact that the Republicans are hardly talking about this issue. And how will we enforce her mandate? I never heard her answer this last night. Did I miss something? That's a big issue for me.
Yes, if this were some hypothetical debate about issues, Clinton won intellectually. This isn't a hypothetical debate. And the voting on March 4th won't be hypothetical either.
