What's best
by Dtenny
The road to hell was paved with good intentions. I am pro Clinton based on solid fats. Obama is a great person and there is no doubt in my mind that he and Hillary both have the best of intentions for our country. He is intelligent otherwise he wouldn't be where he is now and indeed we need a change. However, have we stoped and think how that change should come about? We know and you can see that Hillary Clinton has twenty years of proven experience working in the benefit of all Americans including Blacks and Latinos. She has worked hard on all the issues that concern us all such as creating a consensus for a better economy, pushing in the senate stipulations to reconstruct the health system to benefit everyone in America specially children and elders. She has worked to decrease unemployment harder than anyone else. There are hundred of other matters that I can talk about Mrs. Clinton positively all day long and so can you. To close this writing I have to tell that she is more intelligent than Obama, I am not saying that he is not intelligent he is very, very intelligent but Mrs. Clinton is a lot more intelligent than Mr. Obama. So please, think before you vote. Thank you

I'm sure Senator Clinton had good intentions when she voted for the war in Iraq and extending President Bush's war authority to conduct an pre-emptive strike.

There are many kinds of intelligences. Hillary's is hindsight which is 20-20 vision. Barack's is foresight, vision, futuristic.. and it's right on target.

I've been a republican for 25 years and I'm casting my vote for Senator Obama. He truly can bring red and blue states together. I like Hillary. I think she is a great senator and manager. But, I'm voting for Barack Obama because I think he is a great leader and visionary, and that's what we need in our next president.

Um, how do you know Barack has the best foresight & vision? How do you know he is a great leader?

Actually, I'd cite the sheer success of Obama's campaign as the most solid evidence any of the candidates have of their ability to lead and inspire.

Mind you, don't take that as an indictment of Clinton or McCain's time in the senate - certainly I can't question McCain's experience and likely his expertise, but Obama has built what anyone has to recognize as a pretty spectacular grassroots organization more or less out of scratch, against pretty tough opposition. If that doesn't demonstrate an ability to mobilize supporters, provide leadership and run an organization at the executive level, I don't know what does - it's hardly all there is to being a president, but nobody can slight Obama on that particular qualification, anyhow.

Dtenny,

How do you know with such certainty that Clinton is smarter than Obama?

That seems kind of circular to me: Obama has great leadership and vision because he's built a great campaign, and he has a great built a great campaign because people think he has great leadership and vision.
