Some of us believe that vaccinations and penicillin are being pushed on us and interfere with the body's natural process to develop defenses against viruses, infections, and their symptoms. Some of us believe that should a shot or penicillin suddenly NOT be available, perhaps our own bodies, by having built up some resistance to some of these viruses, will not be as severely impacted as people who have had artificial intervention through the injection of dead virus in them. That perhaps we will be one of the ones to survive should a severe pandemic arise. Some of us believe it is crucial to use solutions outside of the increasingly powerful Western medicine pharmaceutical companies to help our bodies to heal. Perhaps (although granted it is probably a small percentage of those in this group) some may believe that the person introducing the cure is also introducing the ills for profit reasons despite the cost in human lives.

I would not say that "fear of needles" is the prevailing reasoning. I would say that the above is.
