I love this site and huge fan but has everyone just decided that no matter what Senator Clinton does it isn't genuine or is totally politically calculated...just a thought

A lot of what Clinton does is pretty calculated, so it's hard to know what's real and what's not with her. I am not in the camp that thinks she's a soulless robot---I think she wants to be politically expedient on some issues so she can affect those issues she does truly care about---but it's not always clear what those issues are. It's easier, then, to simply write off everything she says or does as cold-hearted calculation. Journalists have deadlines.

This is probably in contrast to Bill, who despite having a warmer persona, probably has less of a soul.

Everything I just said is wildly unsubstantiated, but whatever, this is the Internet, the less evidence there is to substantiate a claim, the more powerful the claim is.

I think you miss the point: It doesn't matter. Let it go.

You're right that it doesn't matter. But last I checked it was Hillary who wouldn't let it go. After the disaster in Wisconsin she was still bringing it up last night. What does that tell you about where her campaign is at right now?

I think that after hearing those boos, she has definitely let it go. We should too. :)

They didn't just decided - they're been watching her for almost 20 years. Like many democrat senators, she voted for the war out of political fear, not conviction. They are all equally guilty, but she's the one running for president. You shoot the target in front of you.

I do find it odd how many people immediately accuse Hillary of being calculating when every single politician who olds office makes the same calculations every day.

It is strange to me how Hillary Clinton has earned scorn for everything she does - I would almost say that detractors ply her with hatreds that exceed any critique she has earned.

Some of the critiques I have heard are almost psychotic.
