Several years ago, 2 teen african american males broke into a new building at our state university. They did 9+ million dollars of damage- left water running, graffiti, broke things etc. Instead of any type of punishment they were offered full four year scholarships to the college, so they could better themselves. Meanwhile a friend of mine wants to go but can't afford it...

that one was easy.......

How could they have managed to do nine million dollars of damage to one state university building? Most state university buildings aren't worth nine million dollars. You could completely destroy two or three at most campuses without reaching that total.

By the way, how come the water wasn't shut off post haste? Don't they have security people at that university or others around? What did they do, break in a 3 in the morning after the last students had wandered back to the dorms and before 4:30 when they started coming back?

hell, when it's government $$$$$$, dorms could easily cost more than that, esp with $600 toilet seats and $400 hammers, BUT, No punishment and offered FULL four year scholarships, sounds like your either doing crack cocaine or lying out your ass, or both...................
