Poor Chelsea????

How old did you say she was? 27? Has it occurred to anyone that she wants to her Mom to win? Did anyone say Al Gore's daughter was pimping for him?

The Clinton campaign had every right to be offended, and yes, you are being way too meanspirited.

SNAP OUT OF IT!!!!

I agree. Most of the XX factor contributors seem cherry-picked for promoting a rather slapdash brand of Clinton hating. Incredibly disappointing, as it has the potential to be a forum for discussing diverse women's points of view.

The only thing I agree with is that Chelsea shouldn't be mauled but her mother and father are a different story. They are a corrupt couple and they should be known as such.

Schuster showed unbelievably poor diction in expressing his mixed feelings about Chelsea Clinton. Of course she should campaign for her mother, She is no longer 13 yrs old. As an Obama supporter, once again the sexist crap trotted out by the media is doing no one any favors. The clintons have done much good for the country, but at times have been sloppy in handling the trappings of power, and unfairly get a bad rap. Pimping is not an appropriate word. He apparently was confused that now that Chelsea is old enough to drink she is getting involved in the political process. Just admit it. Because he had to get "flip" and appear "cool" he has correctly been disciplined.

Chelsea Clinton wouldn't give an interview to a nine-year-old "reporter" for Scholastic News saying, albeit kindly, "I don't talk to the press." Yet here she is, phoning in to The View. I don't endorse the terminology used by Shuster, but I think it's perfectly reasonable to call out the Clinton campaign--and, yes, Chelsea herself--on this sudden turn around.

The Clintons in general need to stop whining everytime someone says something they don't particularly like. If Sen. Clinton didn't already know how polarising she is to the country, how she is passionately disliked (however wrongly) by segments of the population, then she is unforgivably ignorant. I can't help but believe that if she truly cared about this country she would never have put herself in the race, for exactly this reason.
