What moderates would they be? When do Breyer, Souter, Ginsberg or Stevens show any moderation? They are knee jerk liberals all. 5-4 decisions usually signify issues that should have been decided by the legislatures, not the court, but liberals have no problem with close decisions when they win, so they have no business whining about them when they lose. It was liberals who allowed the courts to usurp the power of the legislatures. Now they are simply reaping what they themselves have sewn.
