Is it possible that Levy gets taken down this season? In the last episode he received a check from Marlo. Assuming this is 'clean' money and Levy knows it does it not make him an accomplice? Will Herc try to get him too? Herc is a fairly dumb character but it would be a nice twist to see him 'do right'

Levy seems to me in that class of characters, along with Clay Davis and (acting) Commissioner Rawls who can never quite fall because they are not merely attempting to navigate the system - they are an integral part of it - curves in the road, rather than cars on it.

I'd like to see Levy go down. Who wouldn't? But I don't think it's going to happen.
