It's kind of funny, but I'm actually quite sentimental about my CFL bulbs. We replaced most of the incandescents in our house, and they've somehow made everything homier and more quaint. They get brighter as they warm up, so I'm eased into light every morning when I go into the bathroom-- they get brighter and I get more awake. We tried a few different variations ("daylight" variety, etc.) and matched the style to the room, so now the different rooms have different lighting personalities. Mr. Rosenbaum has really just made me realize how much I love my little CFLs....
